    For those of you in Washington. My Sister's Teaching Classes
    Drumming & Trans-Meditational Dancing Workshops with Aleedra

    March 7th at the Ageless Beauty and Body Center in Lakewood, WA



    Drumming Workshop will cover basic Middle Eastern beats for Beginners, Beledi, Maksoum, Chiftetelli, Ayub and many more. Middle Eastern Drumming is soulful, relaxing and inspiring. For belly dancers, it's a great way to understand how the rhythms work so you can perfect your dancing. Sign up early! Bring your own (tabla) drum, riq or def. We will have a few extra drums available for those who don't own one please request this when registering as they are limited. Workshop held 1-3pm cost is $25.



    Trans-Meditation Dancing Workshop will cover some basics on cultural meditational and spiritual dancing in the Middle Eastern including techniques & examples. Learn how Middle Eastern cultures prayed and connected to their healing powers through dance. Removes Depression, helps for deeper more rejuvenating sleep, strength in the body and mind. Then we will explore modern trance and meditational dancing techniques and how they can be applied to the modern way of life. Please bring a couple of pillows and wear comfortable clothes. Workshop held 4-6pm cost is $25.
